Disputes that information regarding Witness 135 was not available at a Case Conference held in respect of Witness 135 [C/D/AW1/A3/6/1/11/WD001590], referring to a letter and report sent to Miss [L G] Harris [Headmistress, St Helier Girls' School] and Mr [Colin] Tilbrook [Superintendent, Haut de la Garenne] regarding his professional opinion regarding Witness 135 [C/D/AW1/A3/6/1/11/WD001580]. Notes that he received notification of the conference three days before it was due to take place and immediately phoned Miss [Patricia] Thornton at the [Children's] Office to inform her of his commitments at school medicals. Recommends that decision to foster Witness 135 should be reconsidered, mentioning commensurate views expressed by Dr [J P] Fogarty.
