Refers to report from Dunluce Group concerning Haut de la Garenne residents drinking. Mentions finding Witness 136 and other residents in a field adjoining Haut de la Garenne. Comments on later finding residents smoking in the Dunluce corridor. Describes being alerted in Baintree by one of Witness 136's brothers that Witness 136 had cut her wrists, and that staff required assistance. Describes removing Witness 136 from Claymore to detention, and treating the cuts of Witness 136's arms. Refers to another of Witness 136's brothers shouting, singing, and creating a general disturbance until late into the evening.
