Describes the situation regarding Witness 172 as worsening since a previous report dated 3 July 1962, referring to Witness 172 truanting from school for three days, finding him at Playland on Colomberie. Describes reporting Witness 172's digression to the Constable of St Helier and subsequent search organised, mentioning Police Sergeant Allchin. Notes that Constable ordered that Witness 172 and one of his parents appear at the Town Hall on 20 July 1962, with his mother attending only, and subsequently the matter being taken over by the Police.
