Describes the tendency of one [member of staff] to drink alcohol whilst supervising [residents], mentioning instances whilst gardening allotments at St Ouans Manor [St Ouen's Manor] and St Mary. Recalls one member of staff forcing a resident who was allergic to tomatoes to eat tomotaoes. Recalls Witness 13 cutting his hand in one of the greenhouses. Names Matron, and describes her attitude to Witness 13's injury.
