Refers to Tilbrook paying a visit to the General Hospital following complaints from nursing staff about Witness 170's behaviour. Includes remarks about Witness 170's condition two months after the motor accident when he absconded from Haut de la Garenne, and comments about the ward on which he is placed. Refers to possibility of Witness 170 being returned to Haut de la Garenne should the situation worsen, mentioning need for a Health Visitor and visits by a mobile physiotherapist. Refers to attempts to contact Mr Myles, the surgeon assigned to Witness 170.
