Provides details of an incident on 28 February 1970 reported to the Children's Officer by Mr [John] Sherry and Centenier Medder, and [Witness 197's mother's] admission to St Saviour's Hospital on a Constable's Order upon consultation by Dr [John] Wishart and Dr [Derek] Haydn Taylor at the Town Hlal. Notes inability of [father] to care for Witness 197 and [his sister] and subsequent reception of the children into care and placement at Haut de la Garenne.
