Scope and Content

Orders that Witness 210 and her sisters remain in joint legal custody of the petitioner and the respondent, remain under the care and control of the petitioner, and that the sisters be under the supervision of the Education Committee by virtue of Article 54 of the Children (Jersey) Law 1969. Orders that the respondent pay £20 per week to the petitioner, that neither the respondent nor petitioner should molest or interfere with the other, that the petitioner's application for the transfer of the lease of the matrimonial home be dismissed, and that the costs of and incidental to the hearing should be costs in the cause.
