1. Case Note dated 14 January 1982. Refers to a conversation with the headmistress and teachers at St Martin's School concerning the personal hygiene of the children and visit to the parents to put into operation a plan to improve the situation. Highlights problems identified with the mother, father and children and plan to be implemented in respect of new clothes for the children and washing routine. 2. Case Note dated 27 January 1982. Refers to several visits to the family in the preceding week, mentioning the disposal of vast amount of ill-fitting clothing and washing of the remainder. Mentions new clothes bought for the younger children and hopes to encourage maintenance of good state of cleanliness and repair.
