Describes being physically abused on six occasions by Mr Thompson [Jim Thomson, Superintendent] during his short time at Haute de la Garrenne [Haut de la Garenne]. Notes that he was beaten by [Thomson] five times in the detention cells and once in the snooker room, stating to have spent the majority of his time in residence locked in the cells. Describes being transferred to a school and being beaten by Mario Lundy and another individual over a period of 27 months, referring to relevance of this information. Refers to Lundy's role as head of Jersey Education [Director of Education]. Expresses desire to go to the Royal Court or the [European] Court of Human Rights to ask who was responsible for his care due to being made subject of a court order in 1975 until aged 1976. Refers to Danny Wherry from the Children's Service visiting Witness 594's mother to check up on him in 1979. Refers to period of 27 months in which he was abused at a Catholic school and Haut de la Garenne, and impact of not having his children christened due to experiences at the Catholic school.
