Refers to Aviemore Group being located in the closed Claymore Group area because of redecoration. Provides account of an incident on 28 February 1981 where Witness 125 sustained an injury to his shoulder. Includes comments about state and condition of Witness 125 when found, referring to an assessment of Witness 125 injuries and response of the staff to comfort and calm Witness 125 and to ascertain his version of events. States to have been told by Witness 125 that he was having an argument with [a member of staff] over chores when the [member of staff] grabbed him by the arm, resulting in injury to his elbow. Notes that Witness 125 was taken to casualty at the General Hospital to have his injuries checked where it was learnt that Witness 125 had suffered a bad sprain. Notes that Witness 125's arm was put in a sling but Hospital staff refused to open the X-Ray Department.
