Application Form Personal details: Includes Witness 143's place and year of birth. Claimant's representative: Names Advocate Lauren Glynn of Sinels Advocates, 79 Bath Street, St Helier as Witness 143's representative. Details of care: States to have been in the full-time residential care of the States of Jersey between 11 February 1977 and 26 November 1977 and 28 April 1978 and 27 January 1979 at Haut de la Garenne. Includes relevant family background, referring to death of mother in 1971 and father's remarriage thereafter resulting in difficulties in home life.
