Refers to an incident on 30 December 2003 where she was sexually abused by Roger Hatte at Green Island. States to have known Roger Hatte since she was aged 10 or 11, stating that she met him on the beach at Le Squez as one of her friends knew him. Includes a description of Hatte, including references to his employment at Les Ormes and residence at Le Squez. Describes being sexually abused by Roger Hatte on multiple occasions since she was aged 13 and at Le Rocquier [School]. Describes being sexually abused by Hatte in St Catherine's Woods and in Hatte's car in his garage at Le Squez. States that Hatte contacts her frequently, including whilst she is at Heathfield. Describes telling Hatte to leave her alone in November  at [Le] Dicq Slip, stating that he physically assaulted her with a silver blade. Describes incident on [30 December 2003] where she arranged to meet Hatte at La Mare car park and went for a walk with him towards Green Island. Describes being sexually abused by Hatte at Green Island and subsequently phoning Heathfield from a telephone box asking to be picked up only to walk after being told that there were no staff available. Describes action upon return to Heathfield in respect of bathing and washing her clothes. Describes contacting Hatte on 1 January 2004 and being told that he had been arrested the night before. Recalls subsequently meeting Hatte in the car park at F B Fields and details of a threat by Hatte. Refers to presence of Annie Shine, Children's Officer during the interview. Expresses wish to make a complaint against Roger Hatte in respect of disclosures of sexual abuse and rape. Refers to writing a letter the previous year about the incident in St Catherine's Woods [C/D/AW1/A3/7/5/WD004902].
