Describes [Mario] Lundy. Shares recollections of Witness 216 whilst Witness 216 was resident at Haut de la Garenne. Refers to Witness 216's age, and Witness 216's brothers. Describes Witness 216's quiet demeanour. Refers to a man who appeared to hold some authority, or was employed by Children's Services, who visited Haut de la Garenne reguarly, and used to take Witness 216 out for day trips in his car most weekends. Recalls feeling that the man's relationship with Witness 216 was strange, and that Witness 216's relationship with the man was out of character for Witness 216 himself.
