Notes apologies for absence received from Senator R R Jeune, the Reverend B Coleman and Centenier M Billot (1), approval of the record of the previous meeting (2), and matters arising relating to residents and admissions (3). Provides details of a Progress Report (4), referring to a delay in building works at Les Chênes and timescale in respect of proposed date of completion of the works. Also includes comments about the admissions policy of Les Chênes (5), recruitment of staff (6) and the date of the next meeting (7). Also includes any other business (8), referring to a visit to Les Chênes by the President of the Guernsey Children's Board, decision that a Principal's Report be prepared for each meeting and remarks about the educational progress of, and employment opportunities for, boys at Les Chênes.
