Notes absences from three individuals including Senator R R Jeune and Reverend A Keogh. Refers to Witness 623's admission to Les Chênes dated 18 December 1982, noting her parents' divorce and current residential circumstances. Describes Witness 623 as being beyond her mother's control, mentioning abusive behaviour, promiscuous behaviour, and causing damage at home. Notes incident involving Witness 623 and others at Les Quennevais School.
