Background and Home Life Refers to birth, parents, and sibling. Recalls parents’ divorce and misbehaviour by Witness 623 leading to Witness 623’s voluntary placement at Les Chênes Residential School circa Christmas 1982 to 1983. Institutions Upon arrival at Les Chênes was not placed in the Secure Units due to her status as a voluntary admission. Notes warning from Les Chênes staff that if Witness 623 did attempt to run away an application would be made to the Courts to keep Witness 623 placed at Les Chênes.
