Records apologies received from the Reverend B W Coleman. Refers to: welcoming of Jean Mourant as a new member of the Sub-Committee (1), approval of the record of the previous meeting (2) and comments from a report on Les Chênes (3). Includes comments about admissions of children to Les Chênes, including reference to the committal to the Care of Education Committee and permanent placement at Les Chênes of Witness 673 and two other boys who were on remand at the time of the last meeting. Also includes details about the discharge of one child and remarks about Christmas leave for children in 1980, referring to a child who spent Christmas with Mr J Hollywood (Consultant Psychologist) and his family.
