Scope and Content

Provides an account of abuse by Les Chênes staff against residents including Witness 673. Describes witnessing an incident where [a member of staff] punched a resident, describing injuries sustained during the assault. Includes recollections of Witness 673, recalling that he would be picked on and singled out for abuse. Describing witnessing and hearing [another member of staff] physically abusing Witness 673 in the lounge and in the boy's toilets. Includes remarks about [this member of staff], commenting on his temperament, attitude towards children and aggression.
