Details report from Sister Avril of the Jersey Maternity Hospital regarding Witness 85's mother pushing a pram along St Clement's Inner Road whilst intoxicated. Notes search of area with WPC [Woman Police Constable] 8 [K] Crowell and Centenier Baudains, mentioning the Priory [public house in St Clement]. Details visit to Witness 85's mother's home address with [Woman Police Constable] Crowell. Refers to records at the Maternity Hospital showing that Witness 85's mother's baby was in need of medical treatment due to an ongoing illness. Refers to visit to Witness 85's mother, referring to her child's feeding problems and contact with Dr Reid of Cleveland Road. Refers to contact by Dr Reid, and his recommendation to contact Dr [H Clifford] Spratt of the [Jersey] General Hospital due to previous incidents between Dr Reid and Witness 85's mother. Notes Dr Reid's awareness of Witness 85's mother's child's illness, and refers to arrangements to be made for a Child Care Officer and a Health Visitor to attempt to have the child seen at the General Hospital.
