Refers to visit by PC [Police Constable] 686 Sian Gidley and Civilian Investigator Michael Pick to Witness 802 at her home address. Provides details of Witness 802's early life, mentioning arrival in Jersey with siblings and parents, father's desertion of the family home when Witness 802 was 8 years old, and mother's pregnancy and difficulty caring for her children. Comments on uninhabitable living conditions, and the placement of Witness 802 and her siblings into temporary foster care. Refers to Witness 802's placement in a part of an institution where other children would come and stay for short periods of time before returning the the care of their families. Refers to sexual abuse of Witness 802 by a man who would visit the [foster] address, who had previously been fostered himself.
