States that things have settled down at the Group Home, noting confidence of Mrs Maguire and her staff that they can cope with the parents of the children. Refers to happiness of Mr Maguire for the children to return to the Home and subsequent reorganisation of the rota to give Mrs Maguire more help with the children. Refers to discusison with Mrs Maguire about her personal problems. Refers to the return of the children to the Group Home and remarks about the response of the parents upon being informed of the news, referring to verbal abuse towards staff. Notes instruction given to staff to not tolerate abuse from the parents and to refuse to permit the children to leave should the parents arrive in a drunken state, mentioning possible summoning of police to enforce authority of staff.
