Expresses dissatisfaction with the care that a foster mother had given to a baby during the time that she was in her care. Refers to two incidents where the baby was left alone in the house, noting that the foster mother was warned and advised after the first instance. Refers to a baby being removed from her foster mother by her own parents and recommendation of the Health Visitor that the foster mother not be permitted to foster any more children. Refers to the foster mother also caring for a 15 year old boy, enquiring whether the boy could remain in her care in event of her permit being cancelled.
