Scope and Content	Refers to previous correspondence regarding the number of foster parents registered under the Loi (1940) sur la Protection de l'Enfance and enclosure of an updated list of persons holding fostering permits. Refers to regarding the list as an official register of foster parents, suggesting that the list be checked and updated by the Public Health Department and Children's Department every three months. Requests confirmation that the list is correct and agreement with suggestion. Includes a note in manuscript dated 21 April 1968 regarding a telephone call confirming that a fostering permit was not cancelled.
