Includes reports by R D [Richard Davenport] Child Care Officers on general matters concerning children including Witness 167 and a child with whom Witness 167 was fostered. Refers to the other's child's committal by virtue of a Parental Rights Order in 1970, residence at Haut de la Garenne, attendance at Hautlieu School and post-examination recommendations by the school for them to apply for admission to a course at Highlands College. Refers to Witness 167's committal to the care of the Education Committee by virtue of a Parental Rights Order on 18 June 1970, attendance at Hautlieu School and her recent departure from Haut de la Garenne of her own accord having formed an association with a male who pays her board. Includes remarks about the nature of the relationship and details of advice received about the matter following consultation with the Crown Officers.
