Scope and Content

Refers to to having been subject to allegations of child abuse as a result of the enquiries made into the historical abuse investigation. Comments on his suspension from work for 12 months, referring to him and his family having been subject to harrassment and abuse. Sets out terms on which he would like the investigation into his complaint to address. Includes remarks about the investigation not complying with Home Office regulations, concerns that the media were informed of his arrest by officers and that his telephone was tapped, comments about the cost of the investigation and question about how alleged victims were approached. Also includes comments about the conduct of the police during his arrest and questions about his detainment, the retention of his passport, search of his computer, the police's recommendations to the Attorney General, the letter of disclosure sent to his colleagues and the nature of the investigation. Also expresses concerns about future police checks about him and future visa applications.
