Sets out view and advice regarding the case against a man who used to visit and take children out from Haut de la Garenne subject to allegations of abuse made by a former resident of Haut de la Garenne. Includes reference to convictions of [Len] Vandenborn and [Claude] Donnelly, and sets out advice regarding contact with potential victims and the disclosure process. • Email from Alison Fossey to William Redgrave sent on 29 April 2010. Andrew Smith and Brian Carter copied in. Sets out details of action taken by Brian Carter in relation to an investigation into the man subject to allegations, referring to visits to see other former residents who had contact with the man during their time at Haut de la Garenne and identification of 28 individuals who shared a dormitory with the complainant who had not been spoken to or traced.
