Refers to the front page story in the Jersey Evening Post on 14 February [2014] regarding air display funding and an editorial published on 18 February [2014]. Relates to the issue of the funding of the Jersey International Air Display, referring to remarks by the Economic Development Minister Senator [Alan] Maclean before a scrutiny panel regarding lack of confidence in the financial management of the company responsible for the air display chaired by Deputy Higgins. Includes comments about suggestion that management of the air display would be transferred to Ports of Jersey, comments about funding and financial mangement of the event, and denies various allegations relating to the matter and how the matter has been reported.
