Sets out details of the subsequent investigation, including dates, times and details of interviews with Hughes and former residents of Clos des Sables Family Group Home, including disclosure of additional allegations against Hughes by other former residents, his response to these allegations and his admission to some of the allegations of indecent assault made against him. Includes details of the prosecution process culminating in Hughes being charged by Centenier George Upton and Hughes entering pleas of guilty to all charges with the exception of the charge of unlawful sexual intercourse with one former resident.
