Includes a summary of findings in relation to a complaint concerning an item in the programme on Newsnight on BBC Two on 25 February 2008 involving the Chief Minister of Jersey (Frank Walker) and the former Health Minister (Stuart Syvret). Complaint relates to the edited extract having misrepresented the exchange between the Chief Minister and the former Health Minister and Jeremy Paxman having misquoted the Chief Minister during the interview and having been inadequate in his clarification of what the Chief Minister had said. Includes conclusions of the Editorial Standards Committee in respect of accuracy, impartiality, correcting mistakes, accuracy and impartiality (right to reply) and Editorial Complaints Unit action.
