• Page 63 of the Witness Statement of Lenny Harper to the Inquiry dated 2 November 2014. Paragraph 241 refers to an email received by Graham Power from the Chief Minister Frank Walker demanding that Mrs [Anne] Pryke be fully briefed and updated of any developments [in respect of Operation Rectangle]. States that this request was denied and that Mr Walker was informed that this and all similar approaches would be recorded and disclosable. • Handwritten entries from the notebook of Lenny Harper dated 20 to 23 February . Includes an entry dated 20 February referring to an email from the Chief Minister [Frank Walker] to the CO [Chief Officer, Graham Power] regarding Dep Pryke [Deputy Anne Pryke] requesting that Deputy Pryke be updated and told of any discovery, stating that this request was denied and that the Chief Minister was informed that this and all similar approaches would be recorded and disclosable.
