Outlines corrections to minutes of the last meeting, including reference to phrase Restraint Training being corrected to Therapeutic Crisis Intervention. Includes discussion about matters arising relating to [an individual] who had returned to the Education Centre at Highlands but had since gone missing and was alleged to be offending. Includes discussion of options available, referring to need for multi-agency support and comparison to recent violent incidents involving [another child]. Also refers to arrangements regarding visits and a summary of correspondence received further to visits to Les Chênes. Includes comments from the Principal's Report, summarising changes in respect of three residents at Les Chênes.
