Comments on lack of recollection of a States of Jersey employee visiting Witness 242's family regarding the work placement of the boy from Haut de la Garenne. Notes recollections of discussions with the boy about life at Haut de la Garenne, mentioning allegations of abuse. Describes instances of inappropriate sexual behaviour by the boy in the presence of Witness 242 and [another individual].
