Scope and Content

Advises Witness 7 of the decision that his suspension from work on full pay should remain in place whilst he remains the subject of investigations by the Police in connection with serious crimes associated with the ongoing historical abuse case following a formal review of the suspension by the Chief Officer of Health and Social Services and the Treasurer of the States. Reminds Witness 7 that he must not enter States of Jersey premises without the permission of Mike Pollard or Ian Black, and notifies of a further review to take place in a month's time.
