Details understanding that Mr [Anton] Skinner was apprised of allegations made by [Susan Doyle] and another member of staff when he interviewed Mrs Maguire in 1990, questioning how the same allegations can found disciplinary proceedings nine years after the initial enquiry did not lead to such proceedings. Requests that copies of all relevant documentation be disclosed to Mrs Maguire and outlines willingness to attend any meeting that may assist the matter.
