Refers to discussion about an email from Mike Cutland concerning an allegation regarding Witness 543's involvement in a situation regarding [a student a Les Chênes School's] debt to [another student]. Outlines understanding regarding the reason for, and intentions of, Witness 543's actions, describing Witness 543's action as unwise. Instructs Witness 543 to ensure he follow the correct procedures of involving the police in respect of any such matters in the future. • Email dated 16 April 2003 from Chay Pike to Mike Cutland titled [redacted] les chenes. Refers to an allegation that [a student at Les Chênes] had drug debts and was being bullied by a fellow student to make payments to him and that the matter was discussed with Witness 543 who suggested that [the student] give him the money owed and he would pass on the money to the student concerned, without any liaison with the police.
