Includes notes of a strategy meeting attended by Education, Children's Service and Police representatives on 15 July 2014 to discuss concerns regarding Witness 543, noting that he has been subject of many investigations due to allegations from children about his behaviour towards them since 2000, of which have been investigation. Refers to seven allegations of assault made against Witness 543 during Operation Rectangle, an allegation dated March 2010 regarding Witness 543's phyiscal and sexual behaviour towards a female, an allegation dated May 2010 regarding inappropriate sexualised comments and behaviour by Witness 543 towards a female, allegations of physical assault made against Witness 543 during an A/C [Alternative Currciulum] trip and an allegation dated December 2013 that Witness 543 was grooming children no further action was taken.
