Includes a description of the layout at La Préférence and recalls that there were only ever two members of staff on duty at any one time. Recalls shift patterns of certain staff, stating that [Christine Wilson] was effectively on duty all of the time as she lived at La Préférence. States that he only worked during the week due to many of children going home at weekends, stating that [Christine Wilson] would look after the frew children who did not go home, taking them out for activities or treats. Also outlines his responsibility to take the children to school and to any activities in a minibus.
