Refers to the [Children's] Department having been involved with allegations of physical abuse committed against the child by her mother. States that the child fears her parents, noting that she is at risk of physical abuse by her mother and sexual abuse by her father. Includes remarks about the girl, noting her wish to be removed from the home but to remain in Jersey. Includes a note indicating the closure of the case on 2 February 1996.
