Relates to summary of findings relating to Jane Maguire's employment by Children's Services, including background information mentioning Mrs Maguire's employment at Haut de la Garenne, appointment of Alan and Jane Maguire as House Parents at Blanche Pierre, details of the roles of the Maguires and includes comments regarding the circumstances under which children would be placed at Blanche Pierre. Recommends Jane Maguire's dismissal from the employ of the Health and Social Services Committee.
