Provides information about his background, referring to his time as a politician holding the roles of Deputy and Senator between April 1999 and December 2011. Outlines specific concerns, particularly in relation to the treatment of Graham Power, and the people in power. Includes comments about child abuse and concerns about children's homes, recalling the receipt of an oral report by Anton Skinner and Graham Jennings during Health and Social Services Committee meeting. Notes that the report was about child abuse, commenting on terminology used in the report regarding a childre's home being an open house for child abusers. Includes comments about Anton Skinner's response to the matter regarding the non-involvement of the States of Jersey Police in the case, detailing belief that the report related to the X children. States that as a result of his actions, the Chief Executive Officer made the Committee aware of a child protection guide which they proposed should be circulated.
