1. Letter from Children's Officer Anton Skinner to Philip Bailhache regarding Working Party on Child Abuse Cases - Draft of the 18th January 1993. Dated 10 February 1993. Attaches for consideration a note made by Marnie Baudains, Child Protection Team, concerning the role of the Legal Prosecutor in the Magistrates Court. 2. Memorandum from Marnie [Baudains] to Anton [Skinner] regarding the Working Party dated 8 February 1993. Discusses area of concern regarding conclusion of no need for a prosecutor in cases where a guilty plea is made. Also refers to the power of the Centenier in relation to making decisions on whether to offer evidence in court.
