• Record of a Meeting of the Advisory Sub-Committee for Les Chênes Residential School held at the school on 4 October 1990. Agreed and signed by Iris M Le Feuvre on 21 February 1991. Lists those present and in attendance at the meeting, and those from whom apologies were received. Refers to approval of the record of the previous meeting held on 18 February 1990 and sets out details of matters arising, referring to a recent developments at Les Chênes including a change of Principal, and a discussion concern custodial placements for young people aged 15 to 17. Sets out details of the Principal's Report, including comments about staffing, pupils, new pupils, pupils leaving school, children returning to mainstream education, examination results, awards, the annual expedition, curriculum developments and issues relating to juvenile remand facilities. Lists date of the next meeting as 21 February 1991. • Agenda for the Les Chênes Advisory Sub-Committee meeting to be held at the school on 21 February 1991. Lists the following items: apologies for absence, record of the meeting held on 4 October 1990, matters arising, Principal's Report, date of next meeting and any other business. • Principal's Report to the Advisory Sub-Committee [meeting] to be held at for Les Chênes School on 21 February 1991 by Mario Lundy. Includes comments about staffing and pupils, referring to two new pupils admitted to Les Chênes, one pupil discharged to take up employment and two pupils returned to mainstream schools since the last Advisory Sub-Committee meeting. Also includes comments about the first Les Chênes pupil to complete the Project Trident scheme and others enrolled on the scheme, and discussion about the role of Les Chênes in relation to the remand of young people aged 16 to 17.
