Scope and Content

Includes a preamble and introduction to the Behaviour Management System describing the purpose, aims, intentions and desired outcomes of the system. Includes a definitions chart for earning, describes the admissions procedure on arrival to Greenfields and explains aspects of the system including the Bedtime Reward Card and the Suspension of Privileges/Rewards Card. Sets out categories under which points may be earned and behaviour targets in respect of the following: breakfast, chores, care of room, personal hygiene, verbal behaviour, physical behaviour, response to prompts, education, activities, therapeutic work, key working sessions, settling at bedtime and night time. Includes a table detailing the maximum points earning per week in respect of each of these categories, detailing points required to reach each level, and details regarding additional daly incentives and bonus points. Also outlines privileges based on level attained and details of aspects of the system, including the Privilege Cash Account and Leisure Mobility Fund, outlines TV age rules, and policy regarding damaged items and pocket money.
