Scope and Content

Provides strategic context, including a description of the fostering allowances service, details of current service issues and reference to the Health and Social Services strategy, business planning and the States wide perspective. Also contains an options analysis and financial appraisal, including a list of service options, a benefits analysis, revenue cost analysis, details regarding revenue funding sources, an overview of the economic case, an overview of financial and service risks and reasoning behind the selection of the preferred option. Notes human resources considerations are not applicable to the proposal, outlines case in respect of project management and delivery, referring to project management and timescales, and refers to a post-implementation review. Finishes with a conclusion and recommendation that the proposal be allocated the necessary funding.
