Also contains an options analysis and financial appraisal, including a list of service options, a benefits analysis, revenue cost analysis, details regarding revenue funding sources, an overview of the economic case, an overview of financial and service risks and reasoning behind the selection of the preferred option. Refers to human resources considerations including staffing levels and recruitment, outlines case in respect of project management and delivery, referring to project management and timescales, and refers to a post-implementation review. Finishes with a conclusion and recommendation that the proposal be allocated the necessary funding.
