Details conversation with Mr Smith on 3 May [1972] following a visit to Haut de la Garenne, noting discussion about matters including: standards for day-care, Mr [Colin] Tilbrook and the relationship between field and residential staff, disciplinary situations including the dismissal of houseparents from a Family Group Home and the behaviour of a CCO [Child Care Officer], and the appointment of two Senior CCOs.
