Recalls interaction with Jane Maguire regarding Jane Maguire's instruction to children at Blanche Pierre [Family] Group Home that they were not allowed to play with other children on the estate, only with those placed at the [Family] Group Home. Provides details of rules in place at Blanche Pierre [Family] Group Home. Refers to clothing worn by children at Blanche Pierre [Family] Group Home.
