Provides an overview of three stages of the Jersey Youth Criminal Justice System: arrest, outlining details of the Parish Hall enquiry process; court apperance, referring to a social enquiry report; and sentence referring to absolute discharge, binding over order, bind over with drug awareness, fine, attendance centre, details regarding probation, community service for those aged 16 and over and youth detention for those aged 15 to 20.
