| Scope and Content | Relates to a report of an inquiry conducted by Professor Robert Upex into the circumstances surrounding the dismissal of an employee of the States Employment Board of the States of Jersey and the implications for the Board’s employment policies, procedures and practices. Includes: • Report to the States by the Chief Minister as Chairman of, and on behalf of, the States Employment Board. Provides an overview of Professor Upex's report and details of the report and actions to remedy the problems identified. • Appendix A: Report of an inquiry into the circumstances surrounding the dismissal of an employee of the States Employment Board of the States of Jersey and the implications for the Board’s employment policies, procedures and practices.
