• Report for Fostering Panel on 17 May 2007 regarding the continuing placement of a child with her foster mother. Produced by Lis Auld on 15 May 2007. Provides background information, referring to an individual's approval as a foster carer in March 1997 and reference to a number of children with her since this date. Outlines a history of placements including concerns about some of the foster mother's relationships. Includes details of her relationship with [Witness 865] from 2006, noting concerns about [Witness 865] regarding allegations made against him in relation to the sexual abuse of young people, referring to [Witness 865's] move into the household in 2006 and subsequent removal from the family home after allegations that he indecently assault [the foster daughter] and his conviction for this offence in April 2007. Outlines the current situation with regards to the children, including the foster mother's request for her partner to stay at the home at weekends despite a 2006 conviction for assaulting an 8 year old boy and details conclusions regarding risk factors regarding maintaining the placement a child with the foster mother, protective factors and other factors.
